Very quick interviewing and hiring process

Cons

Very CHAOTIC-High Turnover. No one stays for long and there is a reason. Bait and switch hiring tactics. Everyone is afraid to feel the wrath or get fired. No communication no management backup or direction.

Toxic environment, cameras are installed all over the office and the owner actively monitors who you speak to. HR department does not have a clue about what they are doing and does not support the employees. Sr. Management will verbally attack employees in front of others and their integrity is questionable at best. All of the issues outlined above result in extremely high turnover, if you do accept a position with this company do not plan on being there long term.
