Decent pay benefits are not horrible

Cons

Toxic environment, cameras are installed all over the office and the owner actively monitors who you speak to. HR department does not have a clue about what they are doing and does not support the employees. Sr. Management will verbally attack employees in front of others and their integrity is questionable at best. All of the issues outlined above result in extremely high turnover, if you do accept a position with this company do not plan on being there long term.

Listen to employees’ feedback, great compensation, do recognize your hard work and compensate well for that, bday and anniversary bonuses are amazing!

Cons

Take sick calling-out very seriously , no concrete job training and procedure as they are new and growing pharmacy
