      Pros

      They offer employees a breakroom. This was advertised as a perk on my first day. A rather interesting discussion.

      Cons

      One of the documents that I was asked to sign as a new hire was an agreement that I would not bring any recording devices onto the premises. If there was any intellectual property this would make sense. Within a very short period of time, I learned the other reason.....

      Short workday, weekly pay, never have to work overtime

      Cons

      Place is run by Napoleon/owner (little man that overcompensates for his very short height). It's his way or the highway. Ad hoc policies implemented for the benefit of owner not the customer.

      Racism! Pay! the two owners have no leadership skills! they don't like you to hire African Americans.
