      Room for advancement, they help you move up if your passionate about it

      Cons

      They value their members, not their employees. Members are always right. If you get blamed for something that you didn't do, you'll still get fired.

      Pros

      They will work around your school schedules. Hard to find places that will do full time with 30 hours and full benefits. Vacation time, sick time, everything included. Friendly team.

      Cons

      Sometimes inexperienced management. Pay is less than in many other financial institutions.
