      Pros

      There are so many opportunities to grow and progress here at AFCU. There are many different career paths for the many different interests that an employee may have. We also have great benefits like health insurance, dental coverage, and sick/vacation leave for our 30/40 hour employees. I really believe that my supervisors have my best interests in mind and they do their best to help me in everything I do.

      Cons

      We have had a lot of turnover recently which has put a lot of stress on branch employees. We have had to do the same amount of work with less people but the problem usually gets resolved in a couple weeks.

      I love working at America First.

      Pros

      Great work environment, great coworkers, on the job training, paid holidays if full time, and vacation time.

      Cons

      There aren't very many but the pay isn't the best, sometimes management does not let you know if you're doing a good job they only tell you the negatives, but there are no other cons that I can really think of.
