      Pros

      Great environment to work in, there is a family feel within the branch/department that you work in. There are a lot of great benefits like paid holidays, Annual leave, sick leave, Pension, and 401K. I also like the Tuition Reimbursement program, it is very helpful. I also enjoy the career paths that are available to all employees.

      Cons

      I don't feel like there are any cons working at America First. I think Pay is lower but we are competitive with other companies.

      Pros

      America First Credit Union is a great company! It really takes care of the employee's with all of the benefits, bonuses and career paths this company provides. I have really enjoyed my experience working for America First Credit Union.

      Cons

      One thing I would say that America First could improve upon would be their starting wage. In my opinion it is too low for a company as big as this one.
