      Pros

      Friendly work environment, everyone there makes you feel welcome and you feel that the company values having you a part of the team! They also give you an extensive training process which helps ease you in when starting the new position. They also hire within, so if you are really motivated you definitely have the potential to move up in the company!

      Cons

      It is still customer service based so you do get yelled at from time to time, the pay could also be better - but it could also be a lot worse!

      Good benefits, flexible hours (at least in my job), the people are nice. There are lots of opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      They talk a big game about being for the community, but then they don't pay their employees a decent enough wage that they can actually put back into the community.

      Lots of job opportunities in lots of different departments. Treat employees very well and allow lots of time for training and opportunities to grow.
