      Pros

      America First is an amazing company to work for. They care about you and they care about the members. There is a huge difference between banks and credit unions. America First has a lot of integrity and is a very successful company. You get paid holidays and i have loved all of my managers there. Very personal and caring. They are flexible around school schedules if you are a student as well.

      Great environment, everyone is supportive, clear expectations, great learning opportunities and opportunities to move up.

      If you dont like sitting at a desk all day you may not like this job.

      Pros

      Great company culture, good ethical company. They have a mission statement that they live by, service standards and a set of core values that are taught and promoted throughout the company.

      Cons

      It's in the customer service industry, so sometimes you have to deal with crazy people. Other than that there is not much to complain about.
