      Pros

      Nice co-workers and good learning opportunities.

      Cons

      The pay is extremely low.. in the 2 years I worked there, I think I was given a 10 cent raise, and even then my pay was so incredibly low compared to other credit unions. I'm grateful for the financial experience that I was given while employed at America First, but in retrospect, I wish I would have gone with another credit union, since almost all of them pay more than America First.

      Very willing to work around your school schedule, willing to let you try new positions to gain experience to get the next raise.

      Cons

      Pay is a little low, bonuses were not available when I worked there. Some of the policies are dated and needs to be updated
