      Pros

      America First is an amazing company to work for. They care about you and they care about the members. There is a huge difference between banks and credit unions. America First has a lot of integrity and is a very successful company. You get paid holidays and i have loved all of my managers there. Very personal and caring. They are flexible around school schedules if you are a student as well.

      Pros

      Good benefits with life and health and dental and 401K, a lot of opportunity to move around and up, no degree required, little possibility of being fired.

      Cons

      Low pay for the industry, poor business accounts to offer members, high employee turnover, uneducated employees because no degree requires for most positions.

      A lot of room to grow

      Cons

      Crosstraining allows for employees to take on more responsibility but isn't fairly compensated. No inncentive for employees, an employee not pulling their weight gets paid the same as one that goes above and beyond.
