      Pros

      There is room for growth. The executive team really cares about employees and the members.

      Cons

      Most positions require sales, that isn’t a negative but if you are looking for somewhere that you can take it easy and get paid for doing nothing this isn’t the place.

      They haven't done layoffs in decades. They really manage their assets in a way to ensure stability. They regularly have work sponsored activities and treats.

      Cons

      Work-from-home and dress code policy varies from VP to VP. One team gets to dress casually and work full time from home but the opposite may be true for a different team.
