      None really not worth it

      Cons

      I get paid $16.75 an hour to get yelled at by members, we used to get 3 or so days mandatory to take off for mental heath l, but now they don’t offer it. They are trying to make us sell any and everything like are we a credit union or spam? Also raise how much we make starting out should be $20 we get verbally abused every single day.

      Wonderful People but Overwhelming Job

      Pros

      Good benefits, steady pay, reliable (performance-based) raises, long-term growth opportunity, paid vacation and sick leave, fantastic coworkers, good management team, and clear (if steep) job expectations.

      Cons

      America First Credit Union focuses heavily on growth. New membership areas are being introduced and membership base is growing despite the current staff being unable to serve current membership. Too few employees for too many people has lead to overwhelmed, burned out employees and frustrated members. Pay is also below average for the field.
