Nice culture, great college job, learned a lot about finances at a young age!

Cons

I think the pay is better now, but I didn’t make very much. I also worked during Covid, so I feel like my career progression wasn’t much of a priority for management.

Cons

Held accountable to things you cannot influence or change. Lack of rewarding and recognition in timely ways. Pushback when it comes to engagement and trying to collaborate or innovate.

Pros

America First was a great employer and took care of me when I chose to leave the company. The offered a buyout of my time remaining prior to starting at a new job.

Cons

I would have loved the opportunity for an exit interview, an opportunity to provide some feedback from my experience at the company. Although the paperwork provided to me on the day I turned in my resignation, many of the steps did not happen.
