Pros
- Colleagues have been great to work with at every branch I've worked at - Benefits are standard - Lots of room to grow, started as a teller to a loan officer at the end of the career period - Semi Annual bonuses - Flexible to work with schedule when I was in school
Cons
- The pay is low compared to the competition - Sales goals were too high as a loan officer - Management can be seen having favorites at some branches
