Good entry level into optometry

Cons

Very entry level, you don't learn anything but how to sell. Plus false advertising on the companies end leads to quite a bit of confrontation when selling.

Decent team, regional management did their best

Cons

Abusive patients, extremely low pay. The company's "two for one and a free eye exam" deal is deceptive being that it does not include any lens options other than the bare minimum, and it limits you to a certain section of (very ugly and cheaply made) frames. Patients, upon realizing that this deal was misleading, would often take it out on the staff.
