Provides equipment. Breaks. CMS is a good program. Work from home.

Cons

Only will be promoted if you are a woman. Lunches are very short. Keep losing great employees to better companies. To strict on phone times. No time to get work done properly. Employees hang up on RFs due to long claims with no recourse. To many changes to company that do not make an impact from prior. Team Leads in positions that should NEVER be in a leadership position.
