Pros

My paycheck deposit still clears.

Cons

The company is failing, every day it gets worse... No one knows whats going on there is no consistency they don't ask the employees for feedback because they know that it will be negative. They know they arent making the right choices and losing good people every day and don't care. They cant keep the companys automotive side going on in person employees as no city has enough people with the qualifications to do this job and need remote workers but carsheild the company who purchased this company is anti remote work. You have to be extremely proficient at computer work, talking to customers and shops, and have a deep mechanical background. The act of doing this job is made more difficult because they change everything every day and never let anything settle out before changing it again and again. The software they use gets worse with every change, they add more layers to it and make it harder and harder. They make their employees feel like they are a spreadsheet and are constantly looking at them and finding things and ways to blame the employees for their failures. They have terrible leadership, Leadership feels like absent parents and recently my absent parents took an interest in us with no explaination and are now criticizing everything we do. They don't care about any employees work life balance. They should have offered me FMLA multiple times and didn't they say things that are illegal like if I take time off that my job I do may not be here when I return. They don't have an hr, they don't have any WFM, they don't have any QA... They are making the TLS handle it all because they cant afford to have those departments or the company will look like they are taking losses. The TLs cant handle all their different tasks between the layers of their jobs effectively. Lots of things get left undone and everything is reactionary. It's always there is a fire quick everyone put it out not hey this could cause a fire maybe we should work on it. They have immoral business practices with claims, it's all case by case and a claim one person would deny another would approve. I'm honestly surprised the company is still in business. They changed our 401k to a worse plan and process without our consent. They have extremely expensive medical coverage. 400 a check for a married couple is insane. They reduced long term employees pto benefits effectively stealing our time with our family and our money They eliminated bonuses we used to get regularly They make it impossible to take time off because they don't employ enough people on shifts to cover pto They asked for a months notice on all pto and you can't take more than a week consecutively. They don't give pay raises or allow you to move up. They only speak to their employees to tell them how they are doing the job incorrectly because a person in carsheild client relations tattle tailed to someone in upper management of American auto shield. They use this dual company thing to hide their bad customer reviews and add confusion to the process for customers. They will tell you one thing and do another and you can't trust anything ever with what they say because they will say it and then reneg it later.

Pros

They have a building. They have benefits that are okay.

Cons

Crooked company with bad behaviour and bad people running it. Toxic work environment. Abusive and elusive management. No real HR to speak of. Lies about advancements and raises for months dangling it in front of you to make you work hard for nothing. They like to hire single parents and then use the kids as a way to manipulate the employee. They like hiring desperate people so they can bend them as far as possible.
