      Pros

      I love that most of the employees have been here for so long. We all work together very well, its nice to come to work every day when you enjoy being around the people you work with. There is a reason why people stick around here!

      Advancement opportunities, fun and social atmosphere, senior management is accessible and responsive to concerns. A place that makes a commitment to help it's employees as much as possible when needed and foster growth when new opportunities arise.

      Cons

      Managing multiple projects/tasks can be overwhelming but with the team atmosphere instilled makes it easy to reach out and get assistance when needed.
