Pros
Non-exempt salary, get paid for OT
Cons
The worst company I've ever worked for. Flown out to New York for 2 weeks to work 10.5 hour days without AC at times in 85+ degree heat. Closed deals in my first week on the phones and was shown the door less than 2 weeks later. No investment in the betterment of their employees. No subsidized health insurance. No PTO until after year 1. No personal days until 3 months in. Blackout days/months on PTO. Don't get paid holidays if you're in training. Toxic competitive culture created by the owner where you're discouraged to be happy for your teammates closing deals. Ridiculously high standard for new employees that tenured employees don't get held to. You're just a number and the only thing that matters is your numbers. You're constantly given conflicting information and expected to retain all of it. Go look up what businesses say about them through the BBB
