People who work hard and know their stuff are rewarded extremely well. Comradery is fantastic, everyone helps one another out.

Cons

If you are not a top employee, you will be compared to the top employee. Management has taken on too many individuals to understand what is going on currently.

Pros

The benefits are great, and the customers are fantastic. The direct team, excluding management, is also excellent.

Cons

Management is clueless and clueless about anything. They don’t understand their job and all they do is send long emails, schedule meetings to stay updated, and show that they’re needed. It’s a joke. People who have been there for over 20 years have to go. They resist change and are a hindrance to the company’s overall success. Bill, please pay attention to these employees.
