      Great people, great salary, and there's room for gaining knowledge from different departments.

      Pros

      There is no earned time off. What ever time you need to take you are allowed to take (within reason).

      Cons

      If you are not friends with the right people you will have a hard time working here. Higher-ups take all the credit when someone else accomplishes something but when something goes wrong someone will be used as a patsy to take the blame. Also, that "unlimited" time off is closely scrutinized if you are not part of the "in" group.

      benefits, off-time, holiday pay, interesting work, pay with only a high school education, travel compensation, safety oriented.

      Cons

      politics, a large helping of nepotism, ignore problem employees or just move them around hoping the issue will go away, 21-28 days square watches (offset by even time off) away from home half the year
