Business Outlook
Pros
The pay is very good for most positions. The benefits are fairly average and they have 401K matching and a pension... although I do not believe the pension is available to new hires anymore.
Cons
The senior management is quickly derailing the company. We are now SO focused on maximizing profit at the top through any means necessary, that the morale in the working ranks is at an all-time low. We are losing good employees to competitors at an increasing rate. The upper level folks spend a lot of time creating the illusion of a great concern for safety and 'outstanding' customer service... but we all know it's for show.
