Pros
1) Great people to work with 2) Lots of opportunities to learn 3) Plenty of chances move around the company and try new things
Cons
1) Lower than average wages 2) Dwindling benefits 3) You will ALWAYS take a back seat to the stockholders 4) Upper management will ALWAYS make Wall Street and their view point their primary concern 5) If you are looking for company loyalty look somewhere else 6) 1980's Management style "This is how we did it when I got here (in 82) and that how we do it now" and so on.......
