Pros
Great place to work. Many of the people I work with have become some of my best friends. Very laid back atmosphere and a large emphasis on family and personal life.
Cons
Whatever pay you get hired in at, expect to keep that salary for quite a few years. They are pretty slow to pass out promotions or salary increases. They say they have a performance based increases and bonuses, but they tend to treat everyone the same. This is a dream job for a person who doesn't like to accomplish much.
