      Pros

      People are nice and the company seems to really care about people. Big updates are in progress for processes and systems that should make jobs easier.

      Cons

      Seasonal work means that hours fluctuate a lot. Managers don't seem to be all on the same page.

      AET is a financially strong, ethical company. They care about their employees and provide challenging opportunities. Because the company is so diverse, there are many opportunities to move into different practice areas.

      Some internal processes and software is dated, but they are working to improve them.
