      Pros

      Senior staff are all actively involved with work and willing to help out less experienced staff. Great flexibility with work schedules, lots of training and marketing available and employees are all really friendly. Focus on quality of services and client satisfaction.

      Cons

      Many people working in remote branches and out in the field, so it can be hard to connect with people who are never physically in the main office. Need better communication on a company-wide scale.

      Not a bad place to be early in your career

      Pros

      In a nut shell, excellent staff of senior and principal engineers to use as resources for EITs. Ability to work autonomously, but still within reach of support from senior personnel. Great work/life balance. Very conservative (risk averse) company culture. Continual growth from inception. Excellent company for early technical growth.

      Cons

      Antiquated upper management culture. Zero diversity in upper management (no women or men of non-Caucasian race). Slow to react to market/client needs. As the company continues to grow, so does the need for formal career development program.
