      Okay experience for entry level/intern civil engineers

      Cons

      Leadership treated certain employers with more favorability than others, allowing them to say whatever they wanted without consequence. Not great benefits. Lack of strong leadership. The CEO allegedly would walk around the office to make sure people were doing work, but otherwise it was clear he didn't like talking to people. The CFO was super grumpy all the time and treated any knock on his door with such contempt.
