      Pay is okay, hours are manageable most of the year. Some good co workers.

      Bad management, poor communication, inflated expectations, and very bad egos.

      Pros

      The people are the best thing about AET. You get to work with passionate, hard working people. Pay seems comparable to position averages.

      Cons

      AET has had tremendous, fast growth and foundational things have not kept up. Written policies and expectations are lacking. Organizational structure seems to be ever-changing with no communication about said changes, causing confusion. Career paths are fuzzy.
