Good culture, but needs to think more about employee pay and travel

Pros

Good culture and hours. People like working here and tackling big issues. Not an evil bank

Cons

Pay is lower than industry, priorities leave many teams out in the cold, and the balance of travel between business units often leave those who build out of opportunities to network with coworkers and very long commutes into workplaces.
