Devalued employee base - employees are automated numbers, results, metrics, targets. Underdog treatment, segregation and aspirational goals are managerial tactics to boost loyalty.

-Was a great company to work for about five year ago, not anymore -Opportunity to earn extra money if you willing to work after hours and weekend shifts

Cons

-Measured staff performance based on customers feedback, but doesn't take into account some of these survey got nothing to do with the staff member -Company has no accountability -Stats driven -Management only care about themselves
