Pros

Great benefit, Pay was ok for CSR

Cons

Extreme micromanagement and fear of losing job constantly. They expected people to just fall in line with whatever they wanted. There was some bullying by the manager to do things that I know were not within the scope of the what the company expected of an employee and their duties. If u didn't want to fall with the crowd you were singled out.

Working with amex was great learning for me, I was a great learning an it make you a strong and dependable resource for any company after it. Great life everyone works hard & parities even harder

sometimes there is alot of pressure & stress of targets
