Pros

Hybrid. Easy. Good benefits compared to majority of the competitors

Cons

Bonuses have decreased a lot while colleagues in other countries have increased their wages. Management is getting too toxic and doesn't allow unscheduled breaks aside from the ones plotted on your schedule. Else, they're going to punish you by letting you work onsite 5 days a week. You have to not pee or defacate aside from your allotted time. Just like a robot and AI.

Pros

The people and my leader

Cons

Even though AMEX has had the best years ever they are squeezing away all the compensation and making it incredibly difficult to earn a decent pay for the hours worked. I was promised $300k - never achieved even though high sales/quota years. Last year earned barely $130k - it's so ridiculous!

Pros

-good wlb -teammates generally friendly -free food

Cons

-micromanaging -managers have favorites and if your not a favorite they will try hard to get rid of you -random layoffs out of nowhere now which they call "reorgs" -RTO 3x a week which makes no sense when we were doing great with 1x a week. they say its for "collaboration" but its just webex in the office in the end -higher ups are unfriendly, cold, dont care about you. hard to get remote now - archaic tech stack and boring work - low pay - hard to get internal jobs now
