Pros

Sick time and PTO hours are great as you will need this for your mental health.

Cons

Most of the leaders are crabs in a bucket screwing over any and everyone to make it to the top. They sell you with that extra incentive but its almost impossible to get the bonus with out selling your soul on every call. The metrics is a scam to not pay out but you literally give your all on a call. This position is for you if you have no outside work life.
