Pros

Great brand with an enviable global presence. Solid focus on the shareholder, customer and employee. Very competent workforce. Employee development is a priority.

Cons

Political and bureaucratic. People who are skilled at managing-up and have learned how to interact effectively with senior leaders are more likely to be recognized and promoted than those with even stronger competencies. A "blame" culture is gaining momentum. When issues arise, leaders seem to focus more on assigning blame than addressing the root cause.
