CEO doesn't live here, so he doesn't come in very often. HQ building is awesome. Colorful and vibrant. Great kitchenets.

Cons

Greeting card industry continues to decline. CEO does not have a strategy to diversify in order to drive growth. Unfortunately, future is bleak.
