Since technically our department was part of Creative, we were equipped with ample technological resources. Fellow employees were interesting, and for the most part, pleasant.

Cons

Layoffs, layoffs, layoffs. While I do realize that if you spend too much time worrying about your job, you will not do your job... the constant threat of layoffs was very distracting.
