Pros

Guest personalization and empowerment was always stressed. The products sold were fantastic and it was easy to invest energy into selling and providing great guest service.

Cons

Lack of business strategy clearly derailed many attempts to drive sales. The entry level employees often were teenagers that did not seem invested in understanding the business or driving sales.
