great coworkers and managers working around the world, including and especially middle management.

Cons

after being bought out by CD&R, I've witnessed 2-3 rounds of layoffs, including colleagues turned friends, mentors, and my own hires. I've personally directly reported to 2 or 3 different people over my time here, usually moving to a new manager every 1-2 years on average.

Great work/life balance encouraged. I enjoy the remote work lifestyle.

Cons

They want people to come back to the office often. Although a pro is the the breathtaking World Trade Center tower. Views from floor 67 are incredible.
