Pros

Sales driven Teaches you to work hard

Cons

Training is too long. Once they get you on board the MGAs just forget about you. They also tell you to lie which I was not comfortable with.

Pros

- Support and Motivation - Can make good money if making sales

Cons

- Weren’t honest and upfront about the whole training cost/process and hours to be worked once actually working. - most of your work is outside 9-5 hours so you’ll be visiting people’s homes on afternoons/weekenights and weekends (when they’re home from work). Instead, you are sold to the idea that you can work whenever you want, which is rather true, but deceptive in the sense that most of your leads and customers have work commitments and the most suitable times to meet them are after hours. - leads are initially promised but end up being recycled or no good - Bait and switch. You will claim to deliver “free” kids safety package to parents but end up trying to sell insurance once you’re there.

Pros

Great people, motivating environment and opportunity to make alot of money, if your good.

Cons

Dont allow them to give you the wrong idea about getting paid. This is an only commission based job. You make money as long as you can sell insurance. They pay you upfront for a full year of that insurance policy, but heads up if that client cancels their policy, they will be getting that back from you.

Thank you for your review. We’re glad you benefited from our supportive management team and positive environment while at AIL but disappointed it wasn't a good long-term career fit. This position does require a sales-minded individual and isn't for everyone. However, with hard work and dedication, this can be an extremely productive career financially and personally. Thank you for your contribution to our AIL team and best wishes to you in the future.
