      I have been working with AIL for 3 months now and i have never been so happy to come into work everyday....The people are incredible, and the opportunities are endless! Really amazing company to work with! Very PEOPLE FIRST!

      I have yet to find and serious cons with this company. But thank you.

      Pros

      When I first started with American Income 3 years ago, I was worried about the work life balance. When I started I was 23 and was living on the other side of the country, away from my family. One of my biggest concerns was being able to go home whenever I wanted to. With this opportunity I am able to go home when I want to or need to. Plan to work and work the plan. I have never had to ask for a day off, I just plan when I want to take time off.

      Cons

      You have to put the work in. When I started I worked extremely hard. Was it worth it? Absolutely.
