      Pros

      I work very hard. I follow directions. And I am very coachable. Because of this I have lived a dream life since 2006. I started in 2001. I started at a trainee level and within 5 years my life, and more importantly, my family's life has changed forever.

      Cons

      I have nothing to complain about ,period.

      Pros

      The income potential at every level. Many companies offer bigger paychecks to the very few at the top. It is absolutely realistic to earn a very good income at every level. You can succeed at AIL if you are driven, coach-able and care about people

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations. The income will come, but as with any newly learned skill it will take a little time to get your income to the level you want. You must have discipline and the desire to improve on your current situation.

      Tremendous bonus structure, management opportunity, renewal system (only 10 year vesting and you will get substantial monthly checks the rest of ur life), lead sources (no cold calling), hierarchy system where supervisors are financially motivated for their people gaining success, training, leadership development, growing company with 60 plus yr history

      Cons

      They expect you to work hard. You can not simply fly under the radar and expect to flourish.
