      The product of life insurance is the best by far. Company support and training material couldn't be better. The opportunity for growth and compensation is the top in this field

      Getting people to answer their phones. Getting referrals, Getting people to connect and see the need.

      Pros

      Appears to have unlimited income opportunity. Some people who have only been around a few years are doing very well financially already. You have the ability to choose your own hours, you can get promoted quickly based on your ability and you get a lot of recognition for doing a good job.

      Cons

      You have to be willing to study very hard at the beginning. There is some evening and weekend work required. There is such great team atmosphere in my agency we all enjoy going the extre mile when required.
