The culture was amazing here and you really felt like you were part of a team that cared about one another. Fun benefits and things they did for employees like cookouts and food trucks. Great people who believed in the mission.

I enjoyed working here. The position is pretty fun and you get to travel a good amount with the faculty-led programs in Florence. The team was nice to work with. The company offered lectures and other services to improve your knowledge in the workfield which is something that I really appreciated!

Cons

It is hard at times to be fully employed full-time year-round in one location due to enrollment numbers and the trend that before Covid students came more in the Spring and Summer.
