      Pros

      In the marketing department at AIFS, I felt empowered every day by the mission-driven nature of the company. The corporate culture was fantastic, and focused on bringing its associates together just like its mission was to bring the world together. I didn't just feel like a part of an organization, but an integral part of a team - and you can really sense that the people there are driven to make the world a better place.

      Cons

      Since it's a smaller company, there's not a ton of room for growth as there would be at larger corporations. But they have great benefits, many employee appreciation events, and a generous PTO policy.
