      Pros

      You can find a great family to work with and visit many places you'd never dream of. All while working and improving your English language skills.

      Cons

      The CC in Hawai'i is horrible. She decides quite fast whether she likes you or not, and when the answer is a no you're in trouble. If you stand up for yourself and you're friends you're in trouble. If you have different opinions than she has, you're in trouble. Even if you're right, you check the rules and she is wrong...you're in trouble. She always stands with family, there is nothing they can do to be wrong.

      They downsized staff because of COVID-19 Company revenues are very reliant on student mobility.

      The work life balance and the benefits are some of the best around.

      Cons

      Feels entry level, no cross training or room for advancement. Unbalanced work loads. Some staff seem to have a lot more responsibilities than others.
