Pros

- Great work-life balance allowing you to work remotely from wherever you want - Allows you to do your work at any time of the day as long as you attend the mandatory meetings in the late morning - Very friendly atmosphere - Modern and up-to-date stack - Decent pay - Actually cares about your mental health

Cons

- A bit chaotic at times - Only for experienced developers - you can't expect others to guide you longer then necessary - Some legacy applications (gradually replaced by new ones)
