The people are the absolute best. You will hear this from the majority of people who end up leaving the company and going elsewhere, the number 1 thing they miss the most is the people. Going to work each day is comforting and almost like home. The Work/Life Balance is great, especially if you have a family at home. It's never a problem to attend your children's school events, deal with sick children, etc. Whether you have to take time off or work from home or make up the hours, it is never a problem.

Cons

The benefits are a bit pricey but the coverage is excellent!

Archaic applications/system, no assistance from colleagues in creating leads. No help from upper management. Spending tons of your own money for computer, printer, office equipment, etc. Wear & tear on your auto. Tons of cold calling
