Rapidly changing priorities. Inflexible with working hours. Low pay. Lifetime employees that aren't willing to learn and do no more than required. Only continuing education the company supports is insurance education. Managers are more concerned with keeping their positions and pleasing boss than developing employees. Very small town, old school, we've always done it that way attitude. Management has done two employee surveys in two years, requested additional employees focus groups and has made minimal changes. Constant turnover in low paying support roles.

Pay is well below average. Lots and lots of turnover, however this may be due to pay. Responsibilities can change at the drop of a dime. Company has resorted to using a different job title to try and draw in applicants.
