      Client base given. Get paid for collections after running to clients 5 times.

      Cons

      Collections take away a lot of time. Poor management. Contract is designed to benefit the managers only.

      Pros

      CTS has a very Relaxed atmosphere, great people and flexible hours. There is a lot of room for advancement. The encourage continuing education.

      Cons

      The pay is very low company wide. Insurance is expensive and the coverage is terrible. We are always under staffed and have a very high turnover rate because of the low salary.
