Pros

The company is very flexible with scheduling. They work with school, provide PTO, and you also get floating holidays. You are also able to make up your hours rather than using PTO if you wish to do so.

Cons

The pay scale is too low for the amount of work put in. The Client Service Center works longer hours than the rest of the company and do not get compensated enough for the extra hours.

Pros

Leadership care about and value employees. Positive work environment. Good pay and decent benefits. Awesome training including paying for property and casualty licensing.

Cons

In the CSC, it's a glorified in bound call center. It's not for everyone, but great coworkers and amazing leadership. I would not recommend if you don't like talking on the phones but it is not a sales.
